9. Booking & Contract
By booking an activity, you agree to these Terms.
The contract is between you (the “Client”) and OUTdoor Slovenia.
10. Participation Requirements
- Minimum age: 6 years (unless stated otherwise)
- Participants under 18 require parental/guardian consent
- Participants must be physically and mentally fit
We reserve the right to refuse participation if safety is at risk.
11. Medical Conditions
Clients must inform us of any relevant medical conditions before the activity.
Failure to do so may result in denial of participation without refund.
12. Activities & Risks
Outdoor activities involve inherent risks.
By participating, you acknowledge and accept these risks and agree to follow all safety instructions.
13. Pricing
All prices listed on our website are subject to change at any time.
The price confirmed at booking is final.
14. Cancellation Policy
By the Client
Free cancellation options:
- Up to 24 hours before activity → full refund (minus 5% processing fee)
- Less than 24 hours or no-show → no refund
Non-refundable bookings:
- No refunds unless approved in exceptional circumstances
By OUTdoor Slovenia
We may cancel activities due to:
- Weather conditions
- Safety concerns
- Force majeure
In this case, you will be offered:
- A full refund, or
- An alternative activity
We are not responsible for additional costs (travel, accommodation, etc.).
15. Changes to Activities
We reserve the right to:
- Modify routes or schedules
- Adjust activities based on conditions or group ability
16. Liability
We operate according to professional standards and applicable law.
We are not liable for damages resulting from inherent risks of outdoor activities,
except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia.
