TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These terms and conditions govern the relationship between you and the outside Slovenia by Sportne dejavnosti Subelj Saso s.p. By booking an activity, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. They affect your rights and designate the governing law and forum for the resolution of any and all disputes.
THE CONTRACT
Hereafter “customers” or “clients” shall refer to the person or persons named in the booking including minors, and “agent” or “supplier” to any person, organization or company that sells Sportne dejavnosti Subelj Saso s.p. services through an agreement with Sportne dejavnosti Subelj Saso sp. Cancellation Policy & Waiver with acknowledgement of risks that follow. By making a booking the client accepts to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Sportne dejavnosti Subelj Saso s.p. has the right to decline any booking. The service to be provided are the activities referred to in the booking confirmation.
MEDICAL CONDITIONS
Sportne dejavnosti Subelj Saso s.p. in writing prior to booking. Sportne dejavnosti Subelj Saso s.p. reserves the right to cancel a booking. Likewise, failure to notify Sportne dejavnosti Subelj Saso s.p. of any such condition may result in the customer’s denial of services. Subelj Saso spy before booking any activities. TRAVELING WITH CHILDREN

CANCELLATION OF ACTIVITY BY THE CLIENT or AGENT
Športne dejavnosti Šubelj Sašo s.p. does not provide any discounts or refunds for missed or unused services, whether voluntary or involuntary. Any deposit or full price which has been paid to Športne dejavnosti Šubelj Sašo s.p. will be fully refunded in case of the service/activity is being cancelled on the part of Športne dejavnosti Šubelj Sašo s.p.For cancellation on behalf of the Športne dejavnosti Šubelj Sašo s.p.’s clients or agents, the following policy applies:
Cancellation Policy for bookings with check-out after 02 July 2020:
- For free-cancellation tour options:
- Up to 24 hours before the beginning of the activity: full refund. We charge a 5% cancellation fee.
- Less than 24 hours before the beginning of the activity or no-show: no refund.
- For non-refundable tour options
- Sales are final and cancellations will be subject to approval under exceptional circumstances.
- Travellers who cancel a booking of more than 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund( we charge a 5% cancellation fee) from Športne dejavnosti Šubelj Sašo s.p. or a gift code redeemable for the full value of their booking
CANCELLATION OF ACTIVITY BY Športne dejavnosti Šubelj Sašo s.p.
Športne dejavnosti Šubelj Sašo s.p. reserves the right to cancel any activity for any reason, but will only cancel an activity less than 12 hours before departure due to unusual or unforeseen circumstances outside of Športne dejavnosti Šubelj Sašo s.p.’s control (Force Majeure). Should Športne dejavnosti Šubelj Sašo s.p. cancel an activity the client or agent will be offered a refund or an alternative Športne dejavnosti Šubelj Sašo s.p. activity. If the price of the alternative activity is less than the original activity, Športne dejavnosti Šubelj Sašo s.p. will refund the difference. If the price of the alternative activity is more than the original activity then the client or guest is obligated to settle the difference. Športne dejavnosti Šubelj Sašo s.p. is not responsible for any incidental expenses or consequential losses that the client may have incurred as a result of the booking.
